The people I hired wouldn't return my calls,so I called Kracher. They came out and gave me a quote that was a lot less than I anticipated.. He also told me some issues with my roof, and even went into my attic and checked something for me,that he was not obligated to do, that is just who he and his company are. They were fast efficient, and Carl even came back after his obviously long day, to address a concern that was completely my fault. Karcher Roofing put my complete new roof on my house a few years ago, in which we were very pleased. However, we had another contractor put PVC Facia around our roof last summer. Bad Choice. About half of the rake edges looked like an earthquake hit the edges. The other contractor said the sun would flatten the shingles. That didn't happen, and there were also nail holes in some of the shingles. Karcher Roofing came out and fixed all the areas that were left substandard by the other contractor at a very reasonable price. They provided a great service. I can't climb a ladder to check, and they provided pictures, from all angles so I know the work was done correctly, besides what I could see from the ground. My roof looks brand new! Their employees were very polite and courteous. The answered any questions I had, and kept me informed every step of the way. They also realigned one of my gutters that was not draining correctly. They were meticulous on edges and ensuring everything was cleaned and nail or tack free. I am excited for the rest of the upgrades to be completed that we have planned for. They did a great job putting a new roof on my house and garage in Hope Mills. My prior roof was only 6 years old and I was continuously repairing leaks. I didn’t do a good job of vetting the prior roofer so I was a little anxious. Damian came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof and showed me areas of concern and took pics so I could view them. I decided I wanted to replace and not try to repair. He explained the products and we talked cost and set up a date. On roofing day, the crew was here early to get started. Carl explained the process and once the shingles came off showed me what was needed and why and took photos for me to view also. Seeing also explained why my roof leaked so much before. The whole crew was very professional and polite. They did a terrific job cleaning up when finished. I’m really pleased with the results!
