Kyle and Meredith Karcher, owners of Karcher Roofing, are parents of three beautiful children. They are both graduates of The University of Mount Olive, where they met years ago. Kyle has worked in the poultry industry for over 15 years and is originally from Illinois. Meredith, a prior teacher with over 13 years of experience in NC, is a native of Goldsboro, where she was also Miss. Goldsboro in 1999. Now both residents of Cumberland County they have decided to take a leap of faith together to pursue a dream of creating a business that genuinely takes care of people and offers them the flexibility to spend more time with their family.
Michael and Jenna Argent are the co-owners of Karcher Roofing. Originally from Los Angeles County, California, they were stationed at Fort Bragg, NC, in 2015 and decided to stay in the area after he retired. They are the parents of four amazing children and love to go camping as a family. Michael retired from the Army after 20 years and decided to explore roofing. He loves the thrill and challenge roofs can bring and thoroughly enjoys getting to know and help people. Jenna is an Army veteran and is now a small business owner of Wine and Design of Fayetteville. She has the kindest soul and is a die-hard Starbucks lover and Kevin James fan.
The Argents and the Karchers are neighbors and have become the best of friends over the last five years. Since then, they decided to open a business together and deeply enjoy helping others protect one of their most valuable assets, their homes.
